Stretch & Tone (all levels)

$15 per class per term / $17 casual drop in          

Term 4 is 10 weeks. (with a break for Cup Day) 4 October - 13 December

Tuesdays 7:30pm - 8:30pm @ 1929 Studios: 1/281 Smith St, Collingwood VIC 3065 - entry off Greeves St 

An hour long strengthening & lengthening class. Cardio gets your heart pumping & body sweating, deep stretches get you limber like never before, and short Yoga, Pilates, & Feldenkrais exercises tone your muscles. 

What to wear: Comfortable workout clothing like leggings or shorts and t-shirt or singlet. Bring along your runners to support your knees while doing cardio, and a sweat towel to keep yourself fresh.
